Policy Brief: Fix the Date-Raising Turnout by Early Announcement of Election Dates

The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (BERSIH) published a policy brief on options that can be implemented to boost voter turnout in the upcoming state elections in Malaysia.

BERSIH suggests having one common election date which should be preannounced months ahead which can help reduce cost and enable "distant advance voting" for out-of-state voters.
