
Election process in Myanmar, peaceful — PACE

The People's Alliance for Credible Elections (PACE) said the election process in Myanmar was peaceful with no major incidents recorded.
This is what PACE said in the preliminary findings of their observation of the 2020 Myanmar General Elections.
PACE acknowledged the efforts of poll workers and thier sacrifice for the country under very difficult working environment of the COVID-19 situation.
PACE deployed 1,885 short-term observers to observe the voting process on Election Day and 350 long-term observers to observe the tabulation process at township sub-commissions.
