This is the Final Version of the Charter prepared by the Regional Conference on SAARC Democracy Charter: Citizens’ Initiative, held in Kathmandu on 20th -21st September 2011. A Working Draft was initially prepared by the Brainstorming Meeting held in Kathmandu on 24th-25th November 2010.
